I was on the committee for the first dedicated Children’s Food Festival, Oxford, and set up and ran a marquee, inviting amazing people from across the industry to come into the tent to teach children how to cook.

I also loved watching you teach children how to make sausage rolls, it was great, every day talking, you stuck to the basics which is what we need to be teaching. Well done.”
