Having spent most of my career encouraging children to cook and helping parents with accessible recipes to cook for the family, it seemed the right time to launch, with an incredible team, Cook School, a nationwide project teaching children and students to cook. Cook School is a not-for-profit project teaching children to cook, nationwide. We’ve already taught over 1,000 children and we’ve only just started.
To help keep the classes affordable and accessible, Abel & Cole are generously supplying our ingredients and linking our schools to their Good Food Fund and Nisbets are supplying our classes with their superb equipment.
We also have incredible support from amazingly inspiring people from across the industry including Claire Ptak, Stefan Gates ,Chantelle Nicholson and Zoe Adjonyoh. We’ve got so many exciting things planned.
Please get in touch if you love to cook and want to teach a class, if you’re a school or a community center and you’d like Cook School to come to you, if you’re a parent and you want to find a class near you or if you’re a student and you want to learn to cook, we’d love to hear from all of you.
